1. A print or sketch of the part fully dimensioned.

2. Location of the part and how it is to be used.

3. Type and gauge of the material.

4. Finish requirements.

5. Present production method and number of operations (if applicable).

6. Total quantity needed and production requirement per month.

7. Sample of the present part, if available.
